    Tonight NBC's Anne Thompson profiled One Simple Wish, an organization that's making a difference by granting wishes to foster children.     An organization called One Simple Wish has granted the wishes of more than 3000 foster children, providing a small piece of joy to kids still in need of a permanent family. NBC's Anne Thompson reports.
