This summer an ad agency in Minnesota gave their employees 500 hours to figure out what they're passionate about and go do it. KARE's Boyd Huppert reports from Minneapolis.
Imagine getting paid by your day job to take time off and do whatever you want -- without it being considered a vacation. That's exactly what one Minneapolis ad agency did, presenting their employees with 500 hours off this summer to pursue hobbies, spend more time with their kids, or rediscover a long-lost passion project. The only catch: doing nothing was not an option.
