U.S. military veterans in a support group called the Combat Wounded Veteran's Challenge are taking part in outdoor challenges, such as coral transplants to save dying reefs. NBC's Mark Potter reports.
On Friday, NBC's Mark Potter reported on the Combat Wounded Veteran Challenge, an organization that brings purpose and community to the lives of injured veterans by engaging them in outdoor challenges. "Nightly News" followed them to the Florida Keys, where some of America's finest wounded warriors are helping save the dying reefs.
Those who participate have either lost limbs, or suffered traumatic brain injuries.
