Autistic boy breaks his silence, prompted by the rumblings of a garbage truck

Four-year-old Greyson, who has autism, broke his silence recently to say "I want truck" – a milestone spurred by the arrival of the neighborhood garbage truck, something he looks forward to every week. NBC's Miguel Almaguer reports.

Her son Greyson, like many children with autism, has struggled to communicate. But remarkably, it was the sound of a garbage truck that helped break into his world.
