Hopefully, justice will be done in the Trayvon Martin murder. There are too many reported killings of

young black men. It is shameful and it must stop. Another case in Louisville with slain 15 year old

Gregory Holt. His family has asked for AG Jack Conway to intervene, and, in Kentucky, his opinion is

law.

Brian, another terrific broadcast, and about George Zimmerman's apology, I can only say, when he

apologized to the parents of Trayvon Martin , Zimmerman, Hispanic?, did not also make the

apocryphal claim that he is a person of color "too" and knew where they were coming from, etc. Yes,

I agree with Savannah that his apology may backfire. Have a nice weekend! Phyllis

Good Evening Mr.Williams, A fine Friday broadcast as always.

First of all the report by Mr.Pete Williams about the recent number of bird strikes on jet airlines which certainly causes much alarm and so many in the past 24 hours. Having bird strikes on Air Force Two carrying Vice President Biden and then another airplane carrying Secretary of State Clinton is frightening to learn, yet at least both of them were able to make their destination safely aboard another plane. The pilot of the Delta Airlines Jet that had a right engine taken out by birds did have to make and emergency landing and fortunately everyone remained safe and sound. The airports being built near water may be one reason for the large number of bird strikes, but hopefully the number will cease and there won't be that potential danger.

The report by Andrea Mitchell about the US Government Contractor,Alan Gross who has been held captive in Cuba for 2 yrs because he brought communications equipment into the country was disturbing. In calling Andrea Mitchell for help in pleading to get out of the country is seemed highly unusual. It doesn't seem fair the country's officials keeping Mr.Gross in the country and with his mother ill he truly needs to be with his family. His wife sending him care packages to help him though his ordeal, but he shoufd be released and one hopes he can be returned to his family.

It was heartwarming to see a nice Welcome Home for Marine Corporal Garrett Carnes after he lost both his legs in a IED explosion in Afghanistan. He is a true hero and we honor him. So very tragic his injury and ones thoughts and prayers go out to him and his family.

The report by Mr. Allen about the opening up of the case of the missing child Etan Patz certainly has brought about new questions. One wonders what investigators will find in the building in the SOHO district. Time will tell.

Thank You for the broadcast Mr.Williams. Have a wonderful weekend! Peace to You and to All!

      Be Well Everyone!

Lester, a good story on Syria Saturday, and it is my understanding, there will be full UN support, including

air mobility, which, in my mind, would declare certain border areas no go zones for Assad's troops. Also,

caught Dateline Friday Night, interesting----and a follow up to be aired this coming Wednesday on

Rock Center with Brian. Have a nice day!!!
