Good Evening Mr.Holt, Nice to see you tonight filling in for Mr.Williams. A fine broadcast this evening and you always do great broadcasts over the weekend.

First of all the report by Mr.Allen about the video of George Zimmerman after the shooting which is certainly questionable. In seeing the video it is difficult to see any injuries on Mr.Zimmerman which might support his statement of a struggle and his claim of self defense. Even the funeral director did not see any evidence of a struggle or fight on Trayvon Martin. It is a tragic case and one hopes there will be answers soon as to what actually happened. Ones thoughts and prayers go out to the family of Trayvon Martin.

The report by Mr.Costello showed how gas prices keep rising and could be around $4.00 for the national average. So many factors relating to the rise in gas prices such as the tension out of Iran, the shutting down of five oil refineries, but also the growing Middle Class in China, India and Brazil. All the rising in gas prices affecting people's summer travel plans. One hopes the prices don't get too much higher.

Interesting piece from Kristen Dahlgren about Elko, Nevada with the mining of gold. Seems as if that industry is helping many people provide for their families.

Thank You for the broadcast Mr.Holt. Peace to You and to All!

Be Well Everyone!

Stay Extra,Extra Safe and Well Richard!

Take Extra,Extra Good Care Richard and Crew!

Good evening, Lester, and it is always great to see you filling in for Brian, and I also caught you last night on

Rock Center. About the gas prices, most blame oil companies but I fault the BP Oil Spill. Happy Belated Birthday.

My husband's birthday is today. And Brian has a May birthday!

      Hi Lester great show

Judge Robert Zimmerman is a loving Father and smart Lawyer. Thinking the evidence was fixed and documents fit the story the mistake was the cell phone/videos. Now as even George's brother tells the story to fit the police report, Judge Zimmerman is looking to place reasonable doubt. Most lawyers that have guilty clients know that the Law requires beyond a reasonable doubt for guilt. If the Judge can spread the story with only one juror believing that George left his car and followed Trayvon as he said Trayvon attack him and beat him to an inch of his life. Trayvon as he said looked at the gun and said I am going to kill you. George reached and shot Trayvon in fear under the stand your ground law. The tapes and witnesses say different, the fact the car was far away from where Trayvon died and George would have had to go around the building to get to Trayvon. A voice of a person calling for help will be ID'd and the voice of the dead child has he talked on the cell phone. The Judge only needs for one juror to believe George and he will win. We have seen many guilty people have smart lawyers that tell a story you can believe and their client goes free. Mayor Giuliani fought for a Police officer changed with a crime all the way to the trial and many said they would believe an officer over a defendant. Well shocker two days into the trial and jurors looking like they believe the story of the officer, two police officers said it was all a lie. The accused Officer did assault a prisoner, wow who would have thought.

I got my lottery ticket and if the number wins I will give the ticket to the kids. I want nothing to do with winner as people come out of the wood work and relatives you never heard of fine you. I would just like to say it's those kids that have the money not me. smile

Finally the real reason Maine Senator Olympia Snowe is retiring. Her husband John R. McKernan Jr. Chairman of the board of directors/former CEO of Education Management Corp. is under investigation for fraud. This was the real reason she announced her retirement and it had nothing at all to do with the chaos in DC. Smart lady to get out before she became the next headline as she did alot for her husbands company when in office.
