Really, LOL, did you watch SNL last week, so funny. Anyway, to your point, I flunked history, but it is to
our advantage for S/S Hilliary Clinton to woo Putin because of something I read in "The Middle Ground"
by Margaret Drabble, and I quote "Mujid believes that not a single nation in the twentieth century won its
independence without the support and intervention of the Soviet Union." I believe it is correct that
we would not have won our independence from the Brits without the support of Russia. A friend does not
believe it because I got the info from a novel--not a history book, but to quote Jane Austen who is not
fond of history books (Northanger Abbey) "The quarrels of popes and kings with wars of pestilence in
every page, the men all so good for nothing, and hardly any women---it is very tiresome, and yet I often think it odd that it should be so dull, for a great deal of it must be invention." Thank God for Hilliary. Really!
Hilliary Clinton is the Woman of the Hour. Really! Really! And, approp of nothing, if you don't get it the
third time, GE's Jeffery Immelt doesn't want you around. BTW, my husband taped SNL last week and we
"watched" the program on Sunday. It cracked me up!!!! My husband too. Have a great weekend,

Rick Santorum is leading Mitt Romney and even getting the women's vote as ABC polls says. Karen Santorum spoke of how God was directing her husband much like God told George W. Bush to be President. Rick has the direction the country wants to go in as he is stripping women's rights and the Constitution. But his new mission is ending education as he said Obama wants kids to go to college where they lose their morality. Rick and Karen Santorum both college educated feel it's something not needed for Americans. Each candidate and their children all college educated but this is not something Santorum feels is needed for Americans. The topic of invading women's private parts is just more then Americans can take. I feel bad for Gov. McDonnell who hoped to be selected to run for President but lost and then looked to the VP spot. After his push for ending women's rights he lost the VP spot. We learned how Marco Rubio once a Mormon turned Catholic/Protestant as few knew this. Rubio found he could use both religious groups to win election as both Catholic/Protestant have large Hispanic/Latino/Cuban members. Rubio ran for offices using his membership in both churches and it worked. His fake family history was great and it worked. The smartest man in the room is Ron Paul. Paul knows he will never get elected President but is willing to give his delegates to Mitt for the Party selecting Paul's son as the VP. By having Senator Rand Paul as VP, Mitt can get the youth votes and the Tea Party. Ron Paul would still have a spot in DC and get his favorite bills passed like legal drugs/prostitutes. George Romney bargain for a Cabinet seat to give his support of Nixon.
Hillary is smart and will make sure Syrian citizens will get the help. Putin has his own problems right now.
Oil companies are saying Obama is discriminating against them and want the public help to stop it. Americans didn't buy the lie that gas prices were under 2 dollars when Obama took office. To many people watched and paid the over 4 dollar gas prices during the Bush term as we were promised by invading Iraq we can get cheaper oil by controlling Iraq's large oil fields. We watched Oil Companies make record profits. To keep the high prices we were told that England had 6 dollars per gallon. In the last gas station in California before you get to Nevada a station set it's gas price at over 5 dollars. All this gas increase is to force the President to sign the Keystone Pipeline that will assure an oil accident in the heartland because Keystone doesn't want to pay for the safety repairs.

Brian, an excellent story on Syria, but frightening for the people there and for Richard who is in Turkey on the
border of Syria which raises the question in my mind from something I read: Is NATO supplying arms to Syra
through Turkey? All are in my prayers.
