The report by Mr.Taibbi about the "Occupy" movement showed how crowds of protestors are still growing in many major cities. It is awful confrontations happened between police and the protestors resulting in several arrests. It is certainly a movement that is not going away and causing some disruption for commuters. One hopes things remain more calm in the coming days.

The report by Anne Thompson about Congress stating that pizza in school lunches can be categorized as a vegetable since it contains a certain amount of tomato paste is questionable. Children in school need to be eating healthy and serving more fruits and vegetables is better, but simply stating pizza is under that category doesn't seem right. Parents appear to disagree and want their children to eat healthy foods since some restaurants are making their menus with healthier choices. One wonders how Congress can come to these conclusions about healthy foods. Time will tell if they change their mind.

The "Making A Difference" segment by Rehema Ellis about the program reaching out to students to discover their dream jobs showed truly how the students were motivated to do better in school and learn about an occupation they might possibly work. Seeing them learn the aspects of the different occupations showed how they can achieve a bright future. And the percentage of 98% graduation rate is wonderful. A great program for students to reach their dreams.

Great report Brian but things look like there getting better. After the exposure of the corruption done by law makers it seems many are fighting for their jobs. Paul Ryan is now on the side of the OWS. The Gingrich vs Abramoff looks good. Mitt got could illegally destroying government records when he was in office. Herman Cain needs secret service as it must be those fathers/brothers/husbands who are still up set about that sexual harassment he did over the years. But the funniest show on the Hill was Senator Rand Paul telling Congress to declare an end to the War in Iraq as he wont's to sponsor a bill. Poor Rand doesn't know we never declared a War in Iraq we illegally invaded them based on complete lies and Obama has already announced a withdraw of all troops, which Bush did also. Rand might want to pick up a free booklet at the Heritage Foundation in DC.

The pizza company must have given out alot of money to Congress because pizza was rarely served in schools. It's clear the attack aka vote is against the First Lady by using the kids. When you can't get to the President go after his wife. It's common with the GOP. Speaker Gingrich didn't like where he was given a set on Air Force One so he decided to punished President Clinton by shutting down the US Government. To put Hillary in her place the attacks/insults were made about her daughter. No wonder Congress can't work on Jobs or the Economy their all acting like kids.

The Penn State case is allowing victims of other attacks by others now speak up. In the pass rapes against children weren't reported or never prosecuted. Even recently a little girl was raped in Texas and adults/church blamed the little girl not the abusers. Everyone now says what they would do when they know it isn't true. Most people don't even believe a kid or a woman when they say they were attacked.

Brian, I was quite disappointed by your coverage of the Occupy Day of Action. Very one-sided. Downplayed the enormous number of people and activities that occured, and the message that is reverberating around the country.

While you were broadcasting, TWENTY THOUSAND people were marching toward the Brooklyn Bridge, yet somehow that wasn't news.
