Our country Economy is going to hell in a hand basket while paid Law Makers have a long vacation. President Obama still working alone as he was elected to take care of all problems. Who cares about Casey Anthony. Apple and other businesses/Corporations have selected a candidate that follow their orders. Wacko self proclaim Prophet Gov. Perry who now says God told him to be President well we're in a mess. Religion vs Corporations will decide this election as Obama has only the few sane Americans.

Good Evening Mr.Williams, A fine broadcast this evening as always. A moving and touching end to the broadcast with the list of names of the US Soldiers who were lost in Afghanistan. Heartbreaking. Ones thoughts and prayers go out to all their families. So Tragic and Heartbreaking.
First of all Richard's report from Kabul speaking about the terrible loss of the US Soldiers from the attack on the chinook helicopter and then hearing six more US Soldiers were lost today is just heartwrenching and sad. As Richard stated the militants in the region appear to be more organized being more and more of a danger to US Troops. Leaving the US Troops in the region seems to be accomplishing very little and much too costly to the lives of US Troops. Putting more and more money into the country with a government that is not stable is useless. So much mourning of loss with families of US Troops all across the nation and it is too much of a heavy toll. One hopes the US Troops still in the region can come home soon.

On another note the report by Dr. Nancy Snyderman on the miraculous life changing surgery of Charla Nash was incredible. After Charla Nash was horribly attacked by her friend's chimpanzee one wondered if she would survive, but through her courage, determination and perseverance and the amazing doctors and nurses who performed the surgery she is now able to show a brand new face. She will be looking forward to a beautiful and bright future. What a remarkable recovery!
The "Making A Differerence" segment by Kate Snow from Kenya about Fardosa Muse, a woman who is trying to help the woman in Kenya was very inspirational. It was heartwrenching to hear from the young woman of how she was attacked along her journey with her family to the refugee camp. Fardosa is doing incredible work in helping these women and one truly wishes all these women will find safety and peace in their lives.
Very moving to see the wife pitching the ball to her husband who had just returned from his tour of duty overseas. Truly heartwarming to see the whole family together.

What is it about so many Americans buying into the idea that corporations and the wealthy shouldn't pay more taxes? Aren't we talking about the top 5% who own over 60% of the nations wealth? How about just paying their fair share of taxes. After all, it costs a lot to protect their wealth. Why is that burden placed on the average American?
Hey Tea Partiers, here's a history lesson, our forefathers left England because of taxation without representation, not simply because of taxes. Since when is education, health care, infrastructure, police and fire services, the environment, etc. a wast of tax dollars? Wake up, America!
President Obama inherited a huge mess. Why is this country not standing behind him and put the pressure on Congress. Turn the heat up! Don't blame the guy in the circus cleaning up after the elephant.
51% of Americans pay no taxes and you want the other 49% to pay more. How many jobs do you think that 51% will create? Bet you it would not be enough to make up for the amount of revenue you would lose.
Check the stats in New York state. They put in a millionaires tax and lost money. Maryland put in a millionaires tax and lost money. New Jersey put in a millionaires tax and lost money. California increases taxes and are losing people and jobs in droves. We are in a mobile global world and, be it right or wrong, the rich and the corporations will find ways to avoid taxes. Just ask Obama's buddy, Jeffery Emmelt. Just ask George Soros.
You ask when spending on education, healthcare, infrastructure, police, fire services, and the environment, etc. is a waste of money. When Obama takes almost $900 billion dollars and gave it to the states for union support and we still got 10% unemployement.
Obama did inherit a mess, absolutely. Problem is, he did not how to handle it and made it worser!!!!!!!!!!! Still has no clue on what to do to fix it except to throw more money against the wall and let the unions pick it all up.
Thank God for unions. They at least are fighting for a decent wage for hard working Americans so they don't have to work 3 jobs with no health insurance to support their families. These corporations you so proudly defend hardly are creating American jobs. Can you say "outsource?" The GOP might be proud of Rick Perry's employment record but sorry buddy, the US can only build so many McDonalds and Wal-Marts.
When unions helped the workers come up from the hard labor days after the turn of the century, they were worth every penny labor paid in dues. They were of great benefit. Now the worm has turned and the union only looks out for themselves and the political class. They do not give a $hit about the worker except for the dues.
As one of the union lawyers for the teachers union said during a speech. Something like we look out for teachers as students do not pay dues.
All communist countries have had police, fire fighters teachers and journalist loyal to THE ONE PARTY, the citizens be damned. I don't "feel" they deserve my respect either.

I am always amazed at the liberal reporting. Why didn't Brian Williams add to his one line report on the riots in Britian that the Prime Minister is contemplating eliminating the entitlements to those who have in effect been the core of the riots. Entitlements, entitlements, entitlements!!! Enough said...
