Thanks to Janet Shamlian for her series of reports on Rep. Giffords' recovery. Having worked with my father in law, my mother, and my late father on brain trauma and physical therapy for the past 13 months, I can understand what her family is experiencing. Her age is her greatest asset and her will to recover is strong. There will be setbacks but patience will prevail and we look forward to seeing her back in her seat in the House chamber some day.

This is the greatest time for law students and Constitutional classes. With no one over 200 years using some of the dumbest comments to destroy the US we see it today.. Republican/Tea Party State AG's are now using a 1700's Thomas Jefferson doctrine to repeal the Health Care along with the Constitution and the power of the US Supreme Court. As these men said the States of the power over the Government and courts have no power over the decisions of the States. Good news many Americans don't know US history so it might work. Some of the new leading nutters are calling for police to have power over government law enforcement. It's clear the Southern States clearly want to renew their old policies but it's just so easy all they have to do is secede from the union and they can do what they want. But it looks like America will have to fight the enemy within yet again. Next we'll hear we need to start all over as a country.

Little said about Justice Thomas tax evasion over twenty years. With that clause in the Constitution that reads:.

Federal judges have been impeached and removed from office for tax evasion, conspiracy to solicit a bribe, and making false statements to a grand jury.

Now regular Americans are in jail for tax evasion plus heavy penalties. But after the information it the news Justice Thomas amended his taxes to the court but didn't feel it was necessary to deal with the IRS. He express sorry but doesn't feel he needs to pay back taxes and penalties just accept his oversight.

Little will be reported about how the findings of how we got in this recession as the New York Times reported just a little before the full release. Well nothing new as we learned at lease in print Alan Greenspan and even Bennie help make it happen along with Government Department heads. Can't blame Fannie and Freddie anymore now that the facts and proof are out. Issa is doing his part by protecting the Banks from criminal investigations and charges while his committee gives them a pass. It's the Obama's DOJ that is left to bring Justice for the crimes committed over the 8 years. Issa is doing his best to overlook the illegal foreclosures done to Military families. Chase had to act quick as their scam was done to seating Judge of Ohio Peter Sikora but I'm sure they quickly corrected the scam and might even settle with money for the trouble. Banks can do what they want with regular Americans even soldiers but don't touch the wrong people. Former Law Maker Dodd got his kick back of 200,000 dollars as a friend who kept his mouth shut.

Now Crazy Bachmann isn't the only nutter taking headlines. Aqua Buddha Rany Paul who couldn't manage his 100,000 dollar a year income now has the answer on how to reduce the National Debt of the USA. Yes Paul is calling for removing 500 billion from the budget which will include Social Security, Education, Govenment programs and military spending. Yes did does want earmarks and special interest to continue. He doesn't feel we need to spend money on fighting drugs in the country. Bank/Corporations/Health insurance/Oil Companies shouldn't be touched and allowed to continue their missions. His quote was Americans should do the jobs that immigrants do for the same price and be glad they have a job. Asked about many Americans with college educations looking for work, Paul said they should take what they can get and be grateful for the work. Corporations should be allowed the freedom of doing business without having the Government laws stopping them. Michele Bachmann last night cleared up the issue that Republican/Tea Party are one party and work on the same missions.
