Why is NBC not covering the human rights violations in Belarus. There will be a demonstration today from 12-1 at the Mission of the Republic of Belarus to the United Nations. Please send someone to cover this. The story of the atrocities being done to men, women, and children must be denounced and covered by the news media.

Good Luck with that but our so called watchdog media is probably too busy organizing with their political party scripting European style riots that are suppose to start here in March.

I enjoyed the State of Union speech and the tone being more bi-partisan and less partisan. We all need to work together and that means each and every person who lives in this great country, not just our goverment but our people. I have to say I was absolutely appalled by the other "party's" response - it showed that no matter how much one side "gives" it takes two to tango. Why wasn't their response more bi-partisan? Quit putting the blame on both sides for the rancor in politics, put it on the side that continues to divide. Pay attention -- it may be Republicans today, Democrats tomorrow -- hold both sides accountable and we will move forward. We all want the same things for our lives and our children's lives, we need to work together to make it happen!!!!!!
