The Americans (think you folks call them right wing extremist) will find out if he's a leftist piece to trash or not and report it to us. I'd hold off on those stories about Clinton good because of BJs, Bush bad because he caused the spread of waterboarding.

Good Evening Mr.Holt, The broadcast here was pre-empted by local news after the football game. Watched the reports on web-video and another fine broadcast this Saturday October 30th. Always wonderful to see Richard on the broadcast and from New York too!

Now on to the broadcast. First of all the report by Mr.Pete Williams about the toner cartridge shipped with explosives and how serious the threat. Learning how powerful the exposives in being five times more powerful than in the other attempted bombings is frightening. It is good that officials inertercepted the cargos planes and stopped the package from making it to the United States. Coming from Yemen which is country having a strong al-qaeda presence makes the stopping of the package crucial. The investigation continues as to what the targets, but learning of an arrest of a woman who could be a suspect is terribly important.

The report by Richard about Yemen and how al-qaeda has set up a "franchise" in the region is scary and poses much concern. Learning the forces are training with Americans and want more help in fighting the terror groups tells of them being pro-American. Seeing the internet magazine set up by the terror group on how to make a bomb is extremely scary. As Richard stated in these plots by the terror groups, even if they fail it causes much publicity and disruption. The investigation into the crash of the plane in Dubai could give information as to another plot of terrorism. Taking a harder look into the crash which could give vital information. Time will tell.

The report by Michele Franzen showed how this latest terror plot brings heightened security to airports. Passengers going through strict security which is important to keeping everyone safe. Hearing that much cargo is carried on passenger planes does raise concerns and the screening overseas varies as to the country. Additional measures are always needed to insure safety.

The report by Mr.Alexander about the rally held by Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert showed a massive attendence of people along the National Mall. It was two comedians with alot of fans of varying age gathered for a peaceful rally. It seemed everyone enjoyed the rally and the muscial performances. Quite a rally.

hola, lester, i hope it's warm for the kiddos trick-or-treating tonight. i hope the refrigerator is working on more water under the veggie bins, i scooped out the water that was under there today, because it looks like yemen could use some water. you know, grow things. farm. till the earth. create an oasis in the desert. attract tourism to their beautiful oases(pl?). they have way too much dusty desert and time on their hands. they also have the ark of the covenant, it was given to the son of the queen of sheba that she had by solomon upon solomon's death and yemen was sheba. so, with that powerful little piece of equipment, i can't see how they need terror threat toner cartridges . . . . . it makes you wonder what business the u.s.s. cole had off the coast of yemen. maybe they were after something that didn't belong to us. in which case, they got what they deserved. have a good sunday, best, anna martina

Good Evening Mr.Holt, This comment is for the Sunday,October 31st broadcast. Happy Halloween! Always a fine broadcast.

First of all the report by Mr.Pete Williams about the bomb plot intercepted by authorities overseas. The packages which contained very high explosives were disguised well inside toner cartridges. It was frightening to learn the packages were intended for passenger planes and could have brought down a plane. Yet, the terror group did not know what kind of plane the packages could have been carried or how it would have been moved. It is good the authorities were able to stop the packages from making it to the United States and possibly the Synagogues in Chicago. One hopes the authorities will find those responsible, but it will take time.

The report by Mr.Alexander told of new anxiety for people flying on airplanes with this latest plot. With so much cargo being shipped within the United States and being received from overseas one hopes the screening is extra thorough. With the holidays coming up screening and safety are vitally to keeping everyone safe.

The report by Mr.Cowan about retailers starting bargains early helps sales before the beginning of the holiday shopping season. People are ready to shop for bargains and take advantage of sale prices on items. Not as crowded right now so alittle easier than the during the busiest time.

Sad to learn the passing away of Ted Sorensen the speechwriter for President Kennedy with many well known meaningful words. Trying to make the world better.

Politicians are now taking the gloves off as you said, so I doubt if Rand Paul can take it as he has

to be treated with kid gloves or he throws a temper tantrum when challenged. I will tune in

Tuesday night for Brian's coverage of the election. I would not miss it.

About the end of the road for the Pontiac, not for me. I love my silver Grand Prix and would not

give it up now that I'm back in the driver's seat. My family wants me to buy a new car but it's not

open for discussion. The only way I would part with the Grand Prix is if my grandson wants it

for his 16th birthday Christmas day. His father is working on a Mustang which probably would be more

to Kyle's liking. A cool car. Whatever, it's only a preference.
