New political campaign law. For every dollar given to a legitimate charity allows one dollar to campaign advertising fund. Sounds fair to me .

Rand Paul, quoting the famous Scripture about What does it profit a man to gain the whole world

and lose his soul." That from him, who is owned by the Tea Party. I like the spin that this Scripture

what does it profit a man if he gains the whole worlld and is not his own man Jack Conway is his

own man." MSNBC's Chris Matthews willl interview Jack Conway in Louisville today at the University

of Louisville. Stay tuned,. Phyllis Kunz

That typhoon looks like it's made for a sci-fi movie. This storm doesn't bode well for the inhabitants of these islands. I'm assuming there will be casualties, but hopefully at a minimum number.

Which reminds me of Conrad's TYPHOON and it was about a ship going from west to east and passing

through the eye of a storm and being battered and stripped till in the captain's judgment the

only way through was to practically throw everything overboard--except the crew and the

passengers of course....You have to take the storms straight on through the eye.
