Quote of the day

Another quote from James Carville, on BP and the government's lack of transparency in their handling of the Gulf oil disaster:

“I believe this country is at war...We are being invaded, but in this instance it’s not Al Qaeda or the Japanese, it’s just a hideous, greasy, stupid slick of oil that can’t adjust to our tactics, so why the secrets?"

Looks like someone left the "Ass" out of "Smart Power" when they were hyping this crew of childish idiots. BP is the Ted Kennedy (safety record) of the oil industry so naturally they got in bed with the people who enforce laws and standards based on "political alliance" So run away form your little Green buddies all you want you progressive clowns.

    "Two - Four - Six - Eight
    Who Do We Appreciate?"

Thank You Mr. Carville for yelling from the heart. Massacre!

And Jackie, I read your response and I get it. Thanks.
Still, I feel, (re Lester's piece) more praise is bestowed on Richard Engel..
It is the TROOPS who bear the heavy, lethal hardware.

Carvill should try reading the contract signed by Bush and done in the backroom deal during the 8 years. Obama didn't sign the contract but our former President did. If Obama stepped in to take over it would be a breach of contract and BP/Halliburton could sue the US Govenment aka taxpayers for breach of contract. Every Law Maker knows this but most Americans never knew what deals were being made. Yes I love to hear the word and order of transparency when for 8 years Americans were told not none of our business and our Law Makers said the President can do what he wants because he's the President. Just think if we knew about how the Banks were defrauding homeowners or how the real reason for the Iraq invasion was for oil and had nothing to do with WMD or Iraq Freedom. Where's the Mushroom Cloud we were told would be dropped? Carville knows he's full of hot air and few people listen to him so he uses this attack to get his 15 minutes of TV coverage. Notice no one else says a thing about Carville.

I concur with James Carville. Another British invasion, that's what it is. A family member, who is

now decease, said to me: "WE will have another WAR with Great Britian, " and his words have

        proved prophetic.

War with Britain? Boy now that would suck. Especially with the history Progressive Presidents have of stomping on the constitution, rounding people up and throwing them in camps. How much you want to bet this era's Progressives would decide that anyone with a Southern accent was British spy? I can just see the spin (lies) coming out of New York now. bahahahahaha

hola, dave, sierra vista arizona, where i live, is a small town. so, when construction companies started digging dirt to put down the foundations for new buildings in town, there were very puzzled to find existing foundations already there. it's happened quite a few times. people started wondering what had been there before. they got blown away by what they found out. there were japanese internment camps here. those japanese never made it out, they were killed, very quietly. that's pretty scary. the fourth dimension being what it is, a young boy in my trailer park almost lost an eye a couple of years ago because he was playing and somehow tripped over into another realm where there was still barbed wire up. truth is stranger than fiction. some of the trailers have big circular marks on them, from the floor to almost the roof, as if they were brushed by the blades of some kind of hover craft. there were light marks like that on the front of my trailer, but not nearly as bad as those on some of the trailers the next street over. one morning, i woke up and saw that there were rusted marks in a french door window design on one of my then white sheds that hadn't been there before. pretty weird stuff. i thought i wrote science-fiction . . . . . . .
